Housed in two beautifully restored historic buildings, both emphasize new, fine-quality work from highly collectible artists. Our location since 2011 at 208 South Llano Street will now promote and showcase fine national non-profit arts groups and juried shows. Our next event is The Women Artist's of the West Spring Showcase. The show opens February1st and will be on display through June 3rd, 2018. This prestigious juried competition features approximately 200 paintings and sculptures from 38 artists who represent 17 different states across the US. The Women Artists of the American West (WAOAW) was founded in 1971 in Norco, California by a small group of women wanting to network as professionals and compete in the world of art. They pooled their efforts and began promoting their careers with shows and advertising. The WAOAW soon became known for its high caliber of artists and distinctive western style and today they are well-respected organization of approximately 200 professional women artists. Many of the participating artists will be here with us on First Friday Art Walk weekends during the day and evening hours giving demonstrations, answering questions and talking about their work. Please come and join us and join in the conversation; Sept. 1st, Oct. 6th, Nov. 3rd and Dec. 1st 2017.
Gallery Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 10:30 to 5:30.
